1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your ("client") engagement of the services of TwoDevs ("we" or "us"). By approving a proposal or signing up for any plan, you agree to these terms.

Each project has its own proposal, with scope, timeline and price agreed in writing. If the proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal prevails.

2. Services

We offer website design and development, online presence setup (Google, maps and SEO), booking systems, contact management dashboards, integrations and monthly maintenance, according to the plan you choose (Starter, Pro or Full System).

What is included in each plan is what appears in the approved proposal. Requests outside that scope may be quoted separately.

3. Timelines and approval

Timelines start once we receive what we need to begin (copy, photos, logo, account access). Delays in sending this material may change the delivery date.

Before your website goes live, we send it to you for approval. Each stage includes the rounds of revisions agreed in the proposal.

4. Payments

Prices and payment terms are set out in the proposal. Generally, part is paid at the start of the project and the rest on delivery.

Monthly maintenance is billed every month and can be canceled at any time, with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send us (copy, images, trademarks) and confirm that you have the right to use it.

Online payments made through the website go directly to your account with the payment processor (such as Stripe). The relationship with your patients and clients is yours.

6. Ownership

Once payment is made in full, the website and content created for you are yours. We may showcase the project in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

Third-party tools, libraries and code remain under their original licenses.

7. Hosting, domain and availability

Your domain and hosting can be registered in your name or managed by us, as agreed in the proposal. We work to keep your website online at all times, but we do not control outages from third-party providers.

8. Privacy

We use your data only to provide the service and to talk with you about the project. Data your clients submit through the website (forms, bookings) is processed only for that purpose, in line with Brazil's LGPD data protection law.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end the project in writing. In that case, the work completed up to the cancellation date is payable, as set out in the proposal.
